These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Provender Garden Kitchen website and your purchase of reservations, gift cards, and other experiences offered by Provender Garden Kitchen. By using our website or completing a purchase or reservation, you agree to these terms.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.

Our dining experiences are intentionally limited in size. Guests are responsible for reviewing the reservation date, time, party size, guest names, beverage selections, and dietary information before completing a reservation.

PAYMENT
Reservations are prepaid in full at the time of booking.

The total presented at checkout may include the dinner price, beverage pairings, applicable taxes, a 15% hospitality charge, or other selected additions.

Payments are processed securely through Square. Provender Garden Kitchen does not store your full credit or debit card number.

HOSPITALITY CHARGE
A 15% hospitality charge is included with each reservation in place of traditional tipping. This approach allows us to support a collaborative model of hospitality and provide a seamless experience for our guests.

No additional gratuity is expected.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations made seven or more days before the reservation receive a full refund.

Cancellations made three to seven days before the reservation receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest. Please contact us if guest names or other reservation information need to be updated.

Clearly communicating refund and cancellation terms before purchase is especially important for online transactions.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & FOOD ALLERGIES
Guests are asked to provide dietary restrictions and food allergy information when making a reservation.

Changes should be submitted at least five days before the reservation so we have adequate time to prepare.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, but because of the nature of our menus and kitchen, we cannot guarantee that every dietary request can be accommodated or that the environment will be completely free from any particular allergen.

BEVERAGE PAIRINGS
Beverage pairings are included as part of the dining experience.

Guests may choose either a Mixed Beverage Pairing or a Non-Alcoholic Beverage Pairing.

Mixed Beverage Pairings may include wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic selections. Guests selecting a Mixed Beverage Pairing must be at least 21 years old on the reservation date and may be asked to present valid photo identification.

MENU
Menus are not published in advance and may vary based on seasonality, ingredient availability, and the creative direction of the kitchen.

Specific dishes or ingredients shown on our website, social media, or other materials are illustrative and do not guarantee what will be served during a particular reservation.

ARRIVAL
Guests are responsible for arriving at the date and time shown on their reservation confirmation.

Because each evening follows a coordinated progression of courses, late arrival may affect our ability to provide the full dining experience. Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.

GIFT CARDS
Provender Garden Kitchen gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases and reservations unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law and are subject to any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

WEBSITE CONTENT
All text, photography, graphics, logos, artwork, and other original content on this website are owned by or used with permission by Provender Garden Kitchen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and reservation system accurate and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues.

If a technical error results in incorrect availability, pricing, or reservation information, we reserve the right to correct the error and will contact affected guests as appropriate.

CANCELLATION BY PROVENDER
If Provender Garden Kitchen must cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that reservation.

We are not responsible for additional expenses you may incur in connection with your visit, including travel or lodging costs.

PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently updated.

Terms applicable to a reservation are generally those presented at the time the reservation is made, except where a change is required by law.
