When you make a reservation and payment, payment information is processed securely by Square. Provender Garden Kitchen does not store your full credit or debit card number. Square may collect and process payment and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

- manage and fulfill reservations;
- prepare appropriately for dietary restrictions, allergies, and guest preferences;

Dietary and allergy information is used specifically to help us prepare for your visit and is reconfirmed for each reservation rather than assumed to remain current.
GUEST PROFILES
If you choose to allow us to retain your information for future visits, we may maintain a guest profile containing information such as your name, contact details, and previously provided dietary or allergy information. We do not treat previously saved dietary or allergy information as automatically current and will ask you to confirm or update it when making a future reservation.

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and reservation system. These may include Squarespace for our public website, Square for payment processing, and other technology providers that support reservations, email communications, hosting, and data storage.
These providers may process personal information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services. Square, for example, processes customer transaction information in connection with payments and may act as a service provider or, in some circumstances, process information under its own privacy terms.

Payment-card information is handled by Square rather than stored directly by Provender Garden Kitchen. Square states that customer information submitted through its payment systems is encrypted and protected using industry-standard security practices.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Provender Garden Kitchen, process reservations and payments, deliver emails, maintain our website, or provide other necessary business services.
