Provender offers an intimate multi-course dining experience with just 16 seats and a single seating each evening. Guests may reserve one of eight seats at the Chef’s Counter or gather at one of two Dining Room tables, each accommodating up to four guests.

We offer three-course dinners on Thursday evenings and five-course dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings, with a single seating each night. Additional dinners, classes, and special events may be offered throughout the year.

Our menus are guided by the garden, the season, and the ingredients at their best. Menus are not posted in advance, but we’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies whenever possible with at least five days’ notice.

Yes. Please share any dietary restrictions or food allergies when making your reservation. We ask that changes be submitted at least five days in advance so we have time to prepare thoughtfully for your visit.

Beverage pairings are included as part of the experience to allow the evening to unfold with ease and to support a thoughtful, hospitable style of service. Guests may choose either a Mixed Beverage Pairing, which may include wine, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic selections, or a fully Non-Alcoholic Beverage Pairing designed to complement each course.

Reservations are prepaid in full at the time of booking because each dinner is intentionally small and thoughtfully prepared for the guests attending that evening. Prepayment allows us to plan ingredients, staffing, and every detail of the experience with care, while also keeping service seamless once you arrive.

Rather than adding a traditional gratuity at the end of the evening, a 15% hospitality charge is included with each reservation. It allows us to keep the experience seamless for our guests while supporting the kind of thoughtful, collaborative hospitality we want Provender to be known for.

Cancellations made seven or more days before your reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations made three to seven days in advance receive a 50% refund, while cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to another guest.

Parking is available directly across the street from Provender Garden Kitchen. Additional municipal parking is available nearby at the intersection of Crow Street and Church Street.
